• When you submit the contact/enquiry form: name, email address, and — where you choose to provide them — phone number and postal address, company name, and website URL. We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare and deliver a quote or scoping call.
• When you browse the site: if you consent to analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects usage data (pages viewed, approximate location at country/region level, device and browser type, referral source) with IP addresses anonymized. No analytics data is collected before you give consent.

We do not collect payment or financial data on this site — there is no checkout or payment processing here.

• Contact-form submissions: processed under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps necessary prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).

4. How long we keep your data

Enquiry-form data is kept only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and, if an engagement follows, for the duration of that business relationship plus any statutory retention period that applies to business correspondence and invoicing under German commercial and tax law. If no engagement follows, enquiry data that is no longer needed is deleted. Analytics data retention follows Google Analytics 4's standard retention settings, capped at the shortest period the platform allows for the metrics we use.

5. Who we share data with

• Form processing: Submissions from the contact form are transmitted via a third-party form-relay service (Web3Forms) to deliver your message to us by email.
• Analytics: Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics 4), only after you consent. Google may process data outside the EU/EEA; where this happens, it relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
• Hosting: This site is hosted on shared hosting infrastructure.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
