SEO Audit & Strategy

A plain-language, priority-ranked diagnosis of what's actually wrong with your site — and what fixing it would be worth.

Typical turnaround: 10 working days · From €1,450, one-off

Who it's for

You've had an agency before and never got a straight answer.

We show you the actual list — ranked by impact and effort, not agency jargon.

You're evaluating SEO for the first time and don't want to commit to a retainer blind.

The audit is a fixed-price, one-off engagement. No retainer required, ever.

Something changed — a migration, a redesign, a ranking drop — and nobody can tell you why.

We find the technical and content cause, not just symptoms.

What's included

Full technical crawl

Indexation, crawl errors, duplicate content, canonical and redirect issues, Core Web Vitals (the load-speed signals Google measures).

A complete list of technical issues, ranked by how much they're likely costing you.

Content & on-page review

Which pages target the wrong terms, which have thin or duplicate content, and where you are missing pages entirely.

A gap analysis against the terms your buyers actually search for.

Competitive snapshot

Where 3–5 real competitors currently outrank you, and why.

A short comparison showing exactly where you're losing ground.

Written roadmap

Every finding, ranked by impact vs. effort, delivered as a document you can hand to a developer or another agency if you choose.

A roadmap you own — no obligation to hire us to execute it.

How we run it

Crawl

We run the technical audit ourselves — no outsourced junior analyst, no templated scanner report with your logo pasted on top.

Rank

We map every priority page against the keywords it should be targeting and flag where content is missing or misdirected.

Earn

We note where a lack of external mentions or citations is holding pages back — input for a future Content & On-Page or Authority engagement, not sold to you here.

Widen

The roadmap ends with a clear "what next," including whether International SEO or AI Search Optimization is worth prioritising for your site specifically.

“I've had two agencies 'audit' our site before. This was the first one that actually told me what to do about it, in an order I could act on.”

What a €1,450 audit actually finds

Most SEO audits are a 40-page PDF generated by a tool, lightly annotated, and handed over with a sales pitch for a retainer attached. Ours isn't that. The audit is priced and sold as its own product — a fixed-scope, one-off engagement — precisely so there's no incentive to pad the findings or steer every recommendation toward a service we happen to sell.

What we actually check

We run a full technical crawl of your site: indexation (which pages Google — and increasingly, AI crawlers — can actually find and read), crawl errors, duplicate content, broken or conflicting canonical tags (the signal that tells search engines which version of a page is the "real" one), and Core Web Vitals — the load-speed and stability signals Google uses as a ranking factor. In parallel, we review your content and on-page structure: which pages target the wrong keywords, which are too thin to rank for anything competitive, and which important topics have no page at all. We also produce a short competitive snapshot — not a 20-page competitor deck, but a focused look at 3–5 sites currently outranking you, and why.

How we prioritize

Every issue we find gets ranked on two axes: impact (how much organic visibility or revenue it's realistically costing you) and effort (how hard it is to fix). A broken canonical tag affecting your entire product catalogue outranks a missing alt attribute on a blog post, even though both are "SEO issues" — and that ordering is the actual value of the audit. Anyone can produce a list of problems; the useful part is knowing which three to fix first.

What you get

A written roadmap — not a call where findings are read aloud and forgotten. It's a document you can hand to your own developer, your existing agency, or use to brief us if you decide to continue. Nothing in it depends on hiring meetseocrew to execute — if you take it elsewhere, that's a legitimate outcome, not a failed sale.

Who runs it

I run the audit myself. Not a template a junior analyst fills in, not an automated tool with a few sentences added around the output — the same person who will be on the scoping call does the technical crawl, the content review, and writes the roadmap. That's the point of a founder-led practice: the audit reflects one person's judgment, applied consistently, not a process assembled from whoever was available that week.

Where this fits

If you're evaluating SEO for the first time, the audit is the lowest-risk way to see how we work before committing to anything ongoing. If you've worked with an agency before and weren't sure what you were paying for, it's the plain-language second opinion that either confirms their work or explains, specifically, where it fell short.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to sign up for a retainer afterwards?

No. The audit is sold and priced as a complete, standalone engagement. Some clients continue with us; many take the roadmap to their own developer or existing agency. Both are fine outcomes.

How long does the audit take?

Typically 10 working days from kickoff to delivery, depending on site size and how quickly we can get crawl access.

What do you need from us to start?

Read access to your site (or a staging environment), and ideally Google Search Console and Analytics access, if you have them. We can still run a useful audit without analytics access — it just means less historical context.

Is this useful if we already have an in-house marketing person?

Often more useful — it gives your in-house person a ranked, defensible list to take to leadership, instead of having to make the case for SEO priorities alone.
