Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free scoping calls

The initial scoping call is free of charge. You may reschedule or cancel it at any time before the scheduled start, with no fee.

2. Paid, scheduled sessions

Where a one-off engagement (for example, SEO Audit & Strategy) includes a paid, scheduled kickoff or working session, you may reschedule or cancel that session free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling or cancelling within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a fee of 50% of that session's value, to cover the time reserved for it.

3. One-off engagements (Audit & Roadmap, Local SEO Setup, AI Search Sprint)

Once work has started on a one-off engagement (for example, the technical crawl has begun), the engagement is non-refundable, as the work is time-bound and delivered against a fixed scope. If you cancel before work has started, any deposit paid is refunded in full, less any non-recoverable costs already incurred.

4. Retainer engagements (Foundation, Growth, Scale International)

Retainer engagements run a minimum initial term of 3 months. Fees for months already invoiced and delivered are non-refundable. After the minimum term, you may end the engagement with 30 days' written notice; fees for the notice period remain payable, reflecting work already scheduled and delivered during that time.

5. How to request a cancellation or reschedule

Email support@meetseocrew.com with your name and the engagement or session you'd like to change. We confirm every cancellation or reschedule in writing.

6. Consumer statutory rights

Where you are contracting as a consumer (not a business), your statutory right of withdrawal under German law applies in addition to, not instead of, the terms above, to the extent required by law. If you begin using a service before the statutory withdrawal period ends with your express request and acknowledgement, your right of withdrawal may lapse once the service is fully performed, in line with § 356(4) BGB.
