Process
CREW: how every engagement runs
Crawl, Rank, Earn, Widen — the same four stages, applied to every service, every time. It's not a marketing framework bolted on afterward; it's how the work actually happens.
The four stages
01
Crawl — find what's actually there
Every engagement starts with a technical and content audit — indexation, crawl errors, Core Web Vitals, and a review of what's already ranking and what isn't. We find what search engines, and increasingly AI assistants, can and can't see before we recommend a single change.
02
Rank — build what deserves to be found
Content and on-page structure built around the terms your buyers actually search — keyword and intent research done independently per language where relevant, never translated from one market's plan to another.
03
Earn — make other sources vouch for it
Authority, citations, and digital PR — the mentions and references that reinforce your content's credibility, both in classic search rankings and inside AI-generated answers that cite sources.
04
Widen — take it further
Expansion to new markets, new languages, or new channels like AI search — measured, reported, and repeated. This is also where we check whether the plan built for one language or market still makes sense as you grow.
Deliverables & timeline
Crawl
Typical duration: 1–2 weeks.
Deliverable: a written, priority-ranked list of technical and content findings. This is the same work sold standalone as the SEO Audit & Strategy service — every retainer engagement starts the same way.
Rank
Typical duration: ongoing, reviewed monthly.
Deliverable: on-page rebuilds and new content, tracked against the keyword map agreed at kickoff.
Earn
Typical duration: ongoing, reviewed monthly.
Deliverable: a running log of citations, mentions, and authority-building activity — what was pursued and what landed.
Widen
Typical duration: reviewed quarterly (Scale International tier) or as agreed.
Deliverable: a recommendation on whether a new market, language, or channel is worth prioritising next, backed by what Crawl, Rank, and Earn have already shown.
